Cisco Expo Moscow set new all-time records

Cisco Expo 2011 in Moscow was attended by an all-time record number of 3104 attendees (as compared to 2,336 last year, 33% growth), including 438 who used WebEx.

Cisco Expo Moscow became the biggest ICT conference in Russia/CIS in 2011

Cisco Expo 2011 was the 12th annual conference in Moscow and during the past 6 years it has been drawing more attendees every year. As a result it became the biggest - and brightest - ICT event in Russia/CIS. Overall, it now ranks as one of the largest such events in EMEAR.

In terms of attendance and publicity Cisco Expo 2011 in Moscow fared much better than Microsoft's Tech-Ed Russia 2011, the only real competition we now have in this area. TechEd was held in Moscow on November 9 - 10 and brought together slightly more than 2,500 IT specialists, analysts and journalists. And as for press coverage, these two events are simply incomparable. Cisco Expo has already brought 4,800 publications while TechEd has barely generated 200 clips.
